Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and butchering operations while ensuring an excellent experience with our. Your goal is to increase sales and revenue and maintain a high level of employee engagement. We expect our leader to lead from the front with our team because they're our family. If you are a strong leader with experience in food and beverage management, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage deli counter, butcher counter, and catering operations
- Create and maintain a food within our defined budget
- Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service
- Create menus while taking into account budget, customer demands, and availability of ingredients
- Hire, train, and manage staff
- Establish goals and KPIs
- Maintain inventories, food storage, and
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- Extensive previous culinary experience
- Certification from culinary school preferred
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
